You can buy Patientline services now for yourself, friend or family member by calling our
Customer Care Team on 0870 212 1234 (open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week).
If you pay by credit or debit card any money left over after you or the patient has left hospital can be refunded, simply by calling our Customer Care Centre.
