At
the bedside, pick up the phone and press the OPERATOR button to
speak with our friendly Customer Care team. This is always
a FREE call from the bedside.
We're also on hand in the hospital to help patients and visitors with all aspects of our service. Just look out for our Advisors in the pink shirts.
From home you can call the Customer Care Team by dialling 0845 414 1234.
Our busy times are between 7pm and 9pm, so try to avoid these if you can, or you may be on the line for a little while.
NOTE: It's worth remembering that if you're phoning us from the bedside because your TV is due to expire at say 7.30pm...then you won't lose anything by calling us early (say 4pm) and topping up your credit when we are quieter.
