We recruit experienced people from a diverse range of backgrounds. We always look for people with good communication skills and an outgoing and friendly personality, with lots of common sense, the ability to work in a team, resilience, commercial awareness, energy and adaptability. Our customer service staff are key to our success. They work directly on the Hospital wards, visiting patients at their bedside, demonstrating our bedside consoles to patients, selling our services, and showing how we can make their stay in hospital a more enjoyable experience.
With over 1500 people across the UK, we offer a wide range of career options. Our corporate Head Office is based in modern open plan facilities in Slough, our call centre is based in Dumfries. But most of our positions are not office based, they are located on site in Hospitals throughout the UK, here our staff spend their time with patients on the wards. The service we provide is 365 days a year, so we have a wide range of hours, with weekend and bank holiday working organised on a rota basis.
